  • Do you accept other shop’s diagnostics?
No. To ensure accuracy, we cannot trust other people’s diagnostics. Every vehicle is inspected and diagnosed by us before repair. The only exception is if you sign a Self-Diagnosis Waiver, which carries an inflated labor rate due to the higher risk involved.
  • Why are your prices set and not negotiable?
To keep quality, consistency, and fairness amongst all clients, price bargaining will not be accepted.
  • How do your prices compare to dealerships and chains?
Along with saving the cost of a tow truck, our services are typically 40–60% cheaper than dealerships and large chain repair shops.
  • Do you provide warranties on repairs?
Yes, we provide a 4-month / 3,000-mile warranty on most repairs unless otherwise stated.
  • What repairs do you not do?
We do not perform: • Transmission rebuilds • Engine rebuilds • Bodywork or paint • Automotive detailing or cleaning • Modifications (straight-piping, tuning, audio/entertainment upgrades, etc.) • Tinting • Automotive locksmithing / vehicle lockouts • Suspension lifting or lowering • Any other customization work
  • How do I know this isn’t a scam?
We are a locally registered, insured business with a public track record, customer references, and visible presence in the community. Our reputation is built on trust, transparency, and quality service, values that shady “scam” operations simply don’t have.
  • What is your parts policy?
For the best results, we recommend using parts that we supply. This allows us to guarantee proper fitment, quality, and warranty coverage. If you choose to provide your own parts, you must sign a Customer-Sourced Parts Liability Waiver. This means: • We are not responsible if the part is incorrect, defective, or fails prematurely. • Labor is still due in full even if the part does not work. • No warranty applies on customer-supplied parts. The only exception is batteries, as long as it is the correct type and fit for your vehicle, we will install it without requiring a waiver.
